Your Guide to

GALENTINE’s DAY

The Theme

A holiday centered around celeberating your best gals has our name all over it. While formally celebrated on Feb 13th (which coincides with Mardi Gras this year!) Galentine’s Day can be celebrated any time between Feb 1st and Valentine’s Day. While we’re all for a big party, a cozy night in with your favorite gals is a quintessential way to celebrate.

The Look

Leaning into Valentine’s playful color palette, all shades of pink and red are welcome at this girls night in. Whether you decide to set a table or huddle around a coffee table, this theme has wiggle room to choose your own adventure.

The Menu

We LOVE the newest TikTok craze of hosting a BYOB “Bring your own Board” night. Keeping it easy, casual, and fun is the name of the game.

The “OG” Board

The classic charcuterie board is always a crowd pleaser. Checkout our Trader Joe’s picks here.

The Crudite Board

Life’s about balance and we love the sound of this board to add something fresh to the spread.

Signature Cocktails

Pink cocktails are required for gathering the gals.

The Pizza Board

Arrange pizza slices on a board with ranch, marinara, and hot honey served in heart-shaped ramekins.

The Dessert Board

What a girl wants and what a girl needs. For the chocolate lover or sour candy queen,

Notes from the Pros

  • Send a ‘lil e-vite. This one’s caught our eye.

  • Kids refused to nap today? Your boss added a 5 PM call to your calendar? We got you. The following boards require minimal time. Just order from your go-to establishments and assemble quickly: Sushi Board (easy enough), French Fry Board (order 3-4 different types of fries and sauces) and when times are really dire, show up with 4 bottles of wine placed neatly on top of a board and tell your friends you understood the assignment.

  • Serve your Kir Royale with a heart toothpick and two raspberries for a festive flare.

The Feel

Let your guests get in on the fun with some fun DIY ideas. We love the idea of setting up a DIY valentine card making station. We’re going old school with construction paper hearts, stickers, stamps, and silver inked pens. And a DIY candy bar is the perfect sweet treat to cap out a fabulous night.
